I have derived lorentz contraction and time dilation formula but i cannot derive lorentz transformation equation even

Question: I have derived lorentz contraction and time dilation formula but i cannot derive lorentz transformation equation even after reading Einstein's book-Relativity-Special and General Theory. can you pls help me derive as it is one of my interest?

  I never really worried so much about their derivation though, to be honest. In fact I don’t think the derivation came up much for us at undergrad (at least in exams).
