• Question: If Jupiter became a star then would Earth be like Venus and say Pluto would be like Earth?

      I guess you are thinking of “igniting” Jupiter like in 2010: Odyssey Two. Jupiter is much smaller than the Sun and it is about five time farther from us, so it would not change the conditions on the Earth. It would be just a very bright star on the sky. The distance from Jupiter to Pluto is a further ten times bigger, so it would not have a big effect on Pluto either.
