• Question: If there is a time where there is too much CO₂ in the air would be die?

      I am not an expert on this, but it is normally the lack of oxygen that kills you rather than high carbon dioxide levels.

      I am also not an expert so I’m not sure – the function of breathing is to remove CO2 from the blood as much as it is to add oxygen. So I think if there were a high enough concentration of CO2 in the air then you would not be able to remove the CO2 in your blood by breathing out, even if there were plenty of oxygen. Imagine an atmosphere of 80% CO2 and 20 % oxygen (unlike normal where it is 80% nitrogen and 20% oxygen) – I don’t think you could live in that, even though there is plenty of oxygen.
