      Something like creative landscape photography. Sometimes I take photographs in the near infra-red using a special filter, which can make things look completely different – something about the shadows. That’s an example where knowing some physics can help you with something you might think is completely unrelated.

      Only a very small number of people reliably make money from that sort of photography – mostly the money is to be made in things like wedding photography.
