• Question: Is there anything scientific about people seeing ghosts?

      I don’t think ghosts are real, but people seeing ghosts is clearly a real (psychological) phenomenon and can be studied scientifically. I once read a really interesting book about brain research, and one chapter was precisely about using brain scans to study what happens when people see hallucinations. Apparently they can learn a lot about how the brain works from that.
