• Question: What is your favourite topic within science?

      Cosmology, and that is why I work in that area, but I also think there are lots of other fascinating topics. For example brain research is really interesting.

      i really enjoy laser plasma physics because it deals with some really extreme conditions and has some wonderful applications. But another topic outside physics would be cancer research-i think it’s just fascinating that there are methods being developed that can tackle this disease; help monitor it, detect it early, treat it etc and they’re all so sophisticated-it’s impressive
